follow Katie's lead

and contact your representatives to oppose the bailout.

http://www.congress.org/congressorg/headlines.tt

Dear Sirs,

I oppose the proposed bailout plan because the United States is already in
debt. Wall Street got in to this mess on their own accord. U.S. citizens
can not afford to bail them out.

We need to balance the budget and return to sound money. Please lower
taxes and give Americans incentive to save money and invest in America.
The dollar is weak and printing money out of thin air will only weaken it
further. You can not solve the problem of inflation by continuing to
print money out of thin air or borrowing more money from China.

We have become a nation of consumers, we are living outside of our means.
The crisis on Wall Street is only further proof of that.

We should pull the troops out of Iraq and around the world and take care
of our people at home.

Please do not support the mortgage bailout. This is a short term solution
that ultimately will do long-term damage to the people of the United
States.

Thank you for your time,

Katie Walker

moon festival

We feasted outdoors, relaxed in the mid-autumn air, put on a talent show, ate pumelo, and now are enjoying the full moon and the traditional mooncakes.
